THE DIVETHRU METHOD

Our method is delivered through Dives which combine the power of guided breathing, journaling, and self-reflection in a 5 step process. They’re designed to shift your awareness away from the external world to within yourself. Choose between 6, 12 & 18 minute Dives, so no matter how busy you are there’s always time to DiveThru!

GUIDED BREATHING

Proven to help reduce stress, anxiety & improve overall happiness, our guided deep breathing sequence helps you reach a state of deep relaxation. It helps you shift your focus inward, from the world around you to your breath, thoughts & emotions. Guided deep breathing helps you get the most out of the next stages of the DiveThru method.

JOURNALING

The core of the DiveThru method, journaling helps you seek out your own innate wisdom & develop a deeper connection to yourself. We believe that everybody is an expert on themselves – the journaling helps to connect with that part of you. Mindful journaling has been proven to have profound, positive effects on self-esteem, life perspective, mental clarity & overall mental health.

REFLECTION

After journaling, you’re taken through another guided breathing sequence to help you bring awareness to any shift in feelings or emotions the journaling may have brought on. Then, you take the time to read what you wrote then summarize the experience into the app.

PRICING & SUBSCRIPTION INFORMATION

In the DiveThru app, you have the option to purchase a subscription or individual Dives.

DiveThru has two subscriptions available. They are:
$9.99 per month
$99.90 per year

These are for United States customers. Pricing in other countries may vary and will convert to your local currency.

Your DiveThru subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can go to your iTunes Account settings to manage your subscription and turn off auto-renew. Your iTunes Account will be charged when the purchase is confirmed.

DiveThru also offers a Lifetime subscription which is paid for by a one-off upfront payment of $299.99 which provide you with unlimited access to DiveThru.

We also sell our Quick Dives & Deep Dives individually. Quick Dives are $2.49 and Deep Dive Bundles are $6.99. They’re a one time upfront payment that provides you with lifetime access to that particular Dive.

Love it! Traditional Journaling with a Twist!

As a psychotherapist, I understand the many benefits and value that journaling can have for my clients. Not only can it help by reducing stress, problem solving efficiently, but also to have a deeper connection with our inner selves. I tried DiveThru and I found it to be so useful! I enjoyed the fact it keeps the original handwritten format, since I believe that physically writing in our journal can be so much more healing. I loved the fact that the app complimented my journaling by incorporating mindfulness and deep breathing to clear my mind prior to journaling, which is essential. The reflection at the end was also helpful to gather all my thoughts and quickly summarize what I wrote. I liked that it gave journaling more of a structure by being able to select how long the session would be and super cool that it keeps track of my summaries! Better yet, it has hundreds of topics and prompts to write about for those days when it's difficult to collect my ideas. I will be recommending this app to my clients, especially now that is 100% free in response to COVID!

As a licensed therapist, I highly value and recommend the therapeutic benefits of journaling. The DiveThru app is the perfect combination of guided breathing exercises paired with opportunities for mindful reflection. I have been searching for a virtual journaling option to utilize on-the-go and recommend to clients. DiveThru checks all the boxes! The app is easily accessible and user-friendly. I especially appreciate how DiveThru encourages users to check-in with the emotion they are feeling prior to journaling. This helps facilitate intentional self-exploration and connection. Regularly recording your thoughts has several mental health benefits including the development of insight into your emotions and behaviors. Simple practice for anyone to implement

As a licensed clinical psychologist who primarily works with teens, I love finding apps that I can suggest to them, but ones that I would also use. I love how each journal prompt starts with a meditation and how you are able to set the length of the meditation/journaling time. Every time I have used this app to journal and meditate I instantly feel better. Additionally, since the app asks you to re-read what you wrote and then recap your journaling, it really allows you to reflect on the peaceful moment you just had, even if it was only for a couple minutes. Further, given the pandemic, I truly appreciate that DiveThru has made this app accessible to everyone and has created specific coronavirus prompts, which I know is going to help so many people.
