I was with them for 3 months and would pickup orders for very early morning at 6:30am and would take anything they would give me, I would arrive early and set up orders on the tables for the customers as required. At first it was good as they would give me good paying orders, then eventually they completely stopped giving me orders and would give it to other drivers. When I would message them they would say that there’s no more orders and they would say that their giving out the orders and would let me know if there’s anything for me which they wouldn’t. I deleted my account as theirs better delivery apps to work for, I don’t recommend
this company to anyone cause their a crooked company and they don’t care about their drivers at all. Stop giving this company business making them richer while they abuse their drivers and they will continue to get worse.

I signed up December 2023 but since it was the holidays I didn’t take orders so I could spend more time with family. This year, I tried logging on but noticed they had blocked or deactivated me since I was inactive. I messaged staff and was told she would forward to appropriate department. A few days later I noticed I could log on but was never emailed or notified that I had been reactivated. Weeks go by with no offers when I know they have offers in my area. They are clearly shadow banning. Poor company and poor practices. There are other catering apps where they don’t ban you for not taking orders when you first sign up.

I picked up a catering order delivery on the Para app which then required me to download this app and work with this company to complete the delivery. Long story short, I completed the delivery but was ghosted by them afterwards and never paid. They blocked my number so I could not call them and deactivated my account on the app. I can get through to them if I use a different number to contact them but they immediately stop responding as soon as I tell them who I am. They should be ashamed for screwing over the guy who can least afford to be screwed over off!
