แอปพลิเคชันโดยกรมการขนส่งทางบก สำหรับชำระภาษีรถประจำปีสำหรับรถยนต์นั่งส่วนบุคคลไม่เกิน 7 คน (รย.1), รถยนต์นั่งส่วนบุคคลเกิน 7 คน (รย.2), รถยนต์บรรทุกส่วนบุคคล (รย.3) และรถจักรยานยนต์ส่วนบุคคล (รย.12) โดยสามารถตรวจสอบรถที่อยู่ในเงื่อนไขสามารถชำระภาษี ตรวจสอบค่าภาษีรถประจำปีและเงินเพิ่ม (ถ้ามี) ที่ต้องชำระ และรองรับการชำระเงินผ่านระบบ QR Payment ของธนาคารต่าง ๆ ซึ่งจะได้รับหลักฐานการชำระภาษีรถประจำปีสำหรับใช้ชั่วคราวได้ 15 วัน และสามารถรับเอกสารพร้อมเครื่องหมายแสดงการเสียภาษีรถประจำปีฉบับจริงได้ทางไปรษณีย์ โดยในอนาคตจะสามารถพิมพ์เครื่องหมายแสดงการเสียภาษีรถประจำปีผ่านตู้ Kiosk ของกรมการขนส่งทางบก
