Terrible app - lacks basic functionality
Took forever to set up account. Apparently they said an email to you to confirm account (but they don’t tell you this and it takes hours). Couldn’t do key functions like put in delivery order or work order, even though DMCI insists you submit these through the app. Very stressful and disappointing.
Bugged Registration Process
I made an account but I didnt finish it immediately and stopped midway to continue later. I tried to login but it wont accept my password for being “invalid length”?
I requested a reset, but my email was not registered. So I made an account again but it says my email was actually registered.
Email registration errors
Registered but couldn't set up a password to log in. When I try clicking on "Forgot Password" it says my email was not registered. I haven't received any email even thru the spam folder. This app is just confusing and not user friendly.
