Description
This simple application converts between decimal degrees and degrees-minutes-seconds (DMS). Most free online conversion apps perform this conversion in such a way as to lose precision in dealing with floating point numbers. Internally, this app converts the decimal degrees to seconds and then works backwards, so no precision is lost.
