This app can let you to use public DNS services.
Installed DNS settings are configured to use DNS over HTTPS(DoH) with iOS 14's default resolver.

Only Cloudflare or Google
Only options are to select a Cloudflare or Google Public DNS server. I was looking for an app with more options or where I could manually enter the DNS configuration. I did not test any other features.
