Simple and accessible exercises for daily use!

I love the content Dr. Jen has put in this app. And the breakdown of her exercises make it incredibly easy and quick to navigate through to whatever stretch or body part I am in need of working. My favorite are the morning and bedtime routines. Great way to start the day and end the day without having to get on Instagram or open up my laptop to access her content.

This app has really made mobility and strength exercises accessible for everyone literally at our fingertips! If you haven’t downloaded this app yet, it is well worth it. The FREE content alone is incredible but upgrading to the paid version provides access to so many more resources. It is well worth the additional subscription!

Game changer for mobility/stretching!

I have been following Jen on Instagram for a couple years now and constantly save her posts for reference later. She gives some of the best stretching and mobility tips out there, and has helped me manage my super tight body with her great tips (especially back and legs). I was SO excited to find out she had an app because I have tried looking for thoughtful, helpful stretching/recovery in other apps and always finding myself going back to Jen’s IG posts instead. Now they’re all in one easy access place and categorized by concern, which makes my life so much easier when I’m in a rush trying to get recovery in before bed or after a workout. I could not be more grateful. Jen keep doing what you’re doing!!
