Use your CHAS, Merdeka Generation or Pioneer Generation card for subsidised GP video-consultation with participating CHAS clinics.
Feeling stressed and need someone to talk to? You can schedule an appointment to speak confidentially with a mental wellness expert through video-consultation.
Everything you need for your health and wellness is now on one platform. You can also book home care services, access your medical history, download your e-MC and medical reports, shop wellness products on the DA Marketplace, and more.
Doctor Anywhere is part of the Singapore Ministry of Health’s regulatory sandbox for telemedicine.
How to see a Doctor
Step 1:
Download Doctor Anywhere app, and create an account. You can choose to see the next available doctor, or schedule an appointment at a later time.
Step 2:
Consult a doctor on suitable common conditions such as cough, flu, fever, migraine, diarrhoea, eye infections, allergies, skin conditions and even contraceptives and chronic medications top-up.
If the doctor deems your condition unsuitable for video-consult, you will be advised to go to the clinic or hospital, and your call will be ended without charge.
Step 3:
The DA Courier Team delivers your medication securely to you within 3 hours. Delivery is free. After 3 days, the DA Care Team follows up to check with you on your condition.
Doctor Anywhere is currently available in Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.

Great service!
Had what I think was flu and was feeling too poorly to drag myself to the dr. Then I found this app. In ten minutes I had signed up, answered all the questions and had a video chat with a dr. Within three hours of that, my prescribed meds were delivered. This couldn’t be more convenient!
USE A DIFFERENT PROVIDER
The app is not smooth to use, the Dr rushed and was trying to hang up - the call lasted less than 3 minutes. The medicine was late and then they only sent one of the two medicine. I called them numerous times. No one answered!! I emailed them and when someone called me back, they couldn’t find my name in their system!!
Huge inconvenience and waste of time.
Plus during circuit breaker / lockdown this doctor service is not using contactless delivery!! Driver said I had to open the door and sign his mobile phone screen with my hand to get the meds. I previously used WHITECOAT which was fantastic - going back to them.
