Community Bank has introduced new features to enhance our mobile app. Now you can use your mobile device for these additional everyday banking activities:
• View your most recent account statements conveniently on your mobile device.
• Reset your password with the new “Forgot Password” link on the mobile banking log-in page.
• Easily access banking center and ATM information, loan rates and currency exchange rates.
• Enjoy access to our mobile browser as an alternative to the app.
Before using the app, please log in to Community Bank Online Banking at https://communitybankonline.bankofamerica.com/org/servlet/efs/jsp-ns/login.jsp to set up a user profile.

App needs work
Not happy iPhone 8 Plus and each up date to iOS system does not seem to work just stays at first screen with the spinning icon. Not the friendless app to use wish I could change bank but the are the only game in town.
What good is writing a review if no one seems to be reading it to fix it never seen so many 1 stars . Fix it please
Does the guy who made this app every read the feedback? How many 1 need to be written before they fix the darn thing . Bank branch no help just calls and we get the same turn off and on WiFi did you delete and up date so on and so on
ZERO stars not an option
This app is terrible. First of all it doesn’t have face recognition. I set it up on my laptop. And answered my three security questions. The questions that pop up for me on the app or none of the questions that I answered when I set up the account on my laptop. The question but pops up all the time on the app is what is the city that you met your spouse in. I am not married, so I did not answer that question. And locks out my account because I cannot answer a question that I did not set up my account with. Hate this app
Literally the most USELESS app
If zero stars were an option, that would still be too high of a score.
This app is useless. IF it even loads, you can not pay your loans through the same bank, you can’t see your transaction history in an order that makes sense, you can’t see if there are any incoming transactions scheduled.
I’m so displeased with this app that it’s made my entire banking experience with them terrible, and I’m trying to leave this bank.
