If you pay for the digital photos they do charge way too much, however if you wait over 24 hours the photos do show up. I had the same problem about not being able to download the photos from the app. Cropping the photos from the app also isn’t that good because the quality is more like a preview. However I found that if you go to the website using a PC/MAC you can download the full quality photos with no problems. So the site/company is not a scam but their app leaves much to be desired.

As advertised, app lets you download 24 hours after your dolphin experience.

If you try to access and download pics before 24 hours, you may receive a message saying to wait a little longer, or you will be able to see your pictures but not download or share them.

About 20 hours after our experience, we logged into the app, verified our email, waited another ~30 minutes, and then all the pictures were able to be downloaded. Just follow the message promptings and be patient and then you will be able to download the pictures.

The place was disgusting and way overpriced. My family and I decided it was far too gross and ridiculous (so many people) that we asked for a refund (before we even got in the water/swam with the dolphins) heck, they hadn’t even started to head towards the dolphins! I also asked for photos. So, since my family and I decided we were not going to do it, we asked for a refund. They denied us! They provided NO SERVICES and I got no refund; SCAM! I tried to get my money back, but it did not work. So I asked them if I could at least get my photo money back (no photos were taken) and they said no. WHAT?! So I ended up getting scammed around $400 USD!! Basically what came out of this “dolphin adventure” was me forcefully donating money to a dolphin abuse tourist trap. …apologies for bad writing.
