Lately I’ve been having trouble paying through the app with any card. I’ve tried my Wells Fargo and two debit cards from local banks. The only time it seems to work is with my credit cards. Even if I have 5x the amount on my card I get an error message saying to call the local dominos. I’ve looked at your most recent reviews and all are below 3 stars. As a national company, you’d think yall would have it together a little more.

When ordering a pizza delivery while not being logged in to my account, the first thing the app asks is for a delivery address, but it auto fills a RANDOM address. So if you’re not paying attention and are used to it automatically logging you in, its easy to skip through that step without paying attention.Since I wasn’t logged in, it should have forced me to type in an address.Still, the app was so easy to use, but it was a little too easy in this instance.

I order 7 To 9 times a month im a single guy I just would like an option to see what time I ordered tracker doesn’t always work I’d like to see what time I ordered so I can keep track I forget sometimes then I feel bad for being rude to the delivery guy or girl can you please display order time I love the business but sometimes I wish it would actually tell me the time I ordered so I can plan around it option doesn’t exist

Ok, so Dominos has a new app. BFD, where do you order? There’s all this grand announcement on how to make the ordering easier and all the goodies available, and I’m scrolling through it all and I don’t am see a spot to place an order. My advice is this: follow the KISS rule. Keep it simple stupid. On top of that I can’t submit a review because all the nicknames I’m using are taken which is unlikely ~ Barry demodulation

I order a lot from dominoes. 9 times out of 10, the experience is seamless. They have great customization options, and it’s very easy. The only problem I have with this app is that I always have to restart my phone after ordering. I always have this blue bubble in the top that tells me that they are still in contact with me for whatever reason. They need to fix this.

Please stop having me sign in again and setting up notification preferences every time I update the app. Why would this all need to be reset each time I update? At least McDonald's doesn't reset notification prefs. Here, we have everything being reset like the Obliviate spell was performed
