I use DoneDone for my marketing agency. I’ve used the desktop version for about 6 months and then two months ago I installed the mobile app. It’s really easy to create new tasks for my teammates, assign priority and due dates, and check my pending items. Which is the most important part of my workflow.
I like the mobile app better than some other apps that I’ve tried. It beats the heck out of Trello which has too much faffing around. You won’t get some of the more fancy features like GANTT charts and what not. But the cost is also much cheaper. So it works for me!
