Pretty freaking good

So I once wrote a review foe the app that was more a complaint, it froze for a few minutes, but then it quickly became unfrozen.. So I hastily wrote a bad review, so thats my bad..
Honest review, I have made a ton of songs with it in just a few days, and I got some absolutely awesome songs… Some of them sound professionally done, they sound spot on… And if you are a subscriber, that song is yours to monetize!!! You could honestly churn out an album a week if you wanted too, it’s insane the quality you can get from some of the songs… Some songs are a miss, but then they are a hit, they are a massive hit, and they sound epic… I love music, but I have zero musical talent, so this helps me put my thoughts and ideas into an actual song.. And, I’ll be honest, you can make a wide range of musical styles.. You can keep doing the same lyrics and same prompts until you get a song that sounds just the way you like, it’s pretty hard to beat, to be honest. As someone who made the decision to pay for an annual subscription, I think it’s worth it, so I can make as many songs as I want, for one price… I do wish the purchasing the “proof of creation” document proving you made the song was cheaper, but I get it.

It’s Broken and I can’t find a way to get customer service

I started using this app about a year ago and for a few months it was the best part of my day. It was amazing!! Every song I created blew my mind. It got it so right 95% of the time. I put so many people onto the app and they loved it too. Then suddenly, it started creating nothing but gibberish. You have to pay for a week’s worth to even make a song and it’s complete garbage at this point. And when I click “contact support” it just tells me I haven’t configured my email in settings, then leads nowhere and I find nowhere in settings to configure my email. So at this point the app is very clearly broken, for months now, yet there is no warning of this. It’s still operating and taking people’s money. I cancelled my subscription months ago and have been using a different app, but today I wanted to check on Donna since it had been so long. Surely, they would have corrected this by now & if they hadn’t, the app would be disabled, have an alert message about its status, or not allow subscriptions to be purchased. Well, no, there is zero warning of this, and you cannot try it until you pay for the week’s subscription. So $5.99 to find out that it’s still completely broken and no way to get a refund unless I try through Apple support. Very shady, very scammy. Don’t use this app unless there has been a very clear improvement announced and verified. Otherwise, they will just take your money and give you a garbage product.

Misleading/deceptive billing and AI errors

The mobile application is engaging in fraudulent practices by misrepresenting its subscription-based service. The app advertises a subscription service purchase without clearly disclosing that it actually operates as a credit based , pay per service with recurring charges. Users are allowed to use the app up to a certain limit, after which they are blocked from further use unless they make additional payments. This crucial information about the subscription and credit service is not transparently stated in the terms of purchase, making the app's claims misleading and deceptive.

Additionally, when the application generates a song, it often fails to follow user instructions. For example, a user might select a male voice, but the app generates a female voice instead, using up the user's credits without the possibility of a refund. Furthermore, the app sometimes does not generate full songs based on the provided lyrics. For instance, it may omit some verses or the chorus, only including a few verses. Despite these errors, users cannot reclaim their credits when the AI makes a mistake

Additionally, the app fails to accurately inform users about the time it takes to generate songs. While it claims that song generation might take a few minutes during high traffic periods, users have reported waiting for an hour or more for their songs to be generated. This discrepancy in wait time is not clearly stated, leading to further frustration.
