The app has been out for so long, and the fact that we are talking about artificial intelligence and this app is not even able to create a shortcut to open your main screen without having to load the Door Entry App is disappointing. When you see the forums, you hear all the promises that this companies do so you buy their product but at the end of the day, they don’t deliver what they promise. Pure sales speech. Do something good for your customers and make this HomeKit or Google Home available, or create shortcuts that your users or customers can benefit from.
The App also takes a lot of time to react and connect to the device.
