As you enter the temperatures of the elements you can't control, you'll update the computed value of the water temperature.
This app allows you to work in Celsius or Fahrenheit and to adjust the friction factor to tune the formula to the methods you use.

Great app
This equation is easily done with a calculator but the app makes it much easier to adjust and apply or do theoreticals. I use it in my restaurant and it’s really easy to train my staff on. Also the developer is very friendly and was super receptive to some feedback I had. All in all, a very simple yet thoughtful tool that you can use to improve your doughs and take them to the next level. Hope to see many more iteration of this app
