I love this app for sports betting because like with any betting app, you actually can win more than you put in with a little luck and some well placed bets. I even think with Reignmakers, you can systematically make money by buying and selling cards. But ultimately, I have to give this app a 2-star rating because of the so-called “prize packs” where you buy a pack of cards not knowing what players you are getting. Firstly, the packs are really expensive. You get like 5-8 cards for $15 absolute minimum, and your supposed to get better cards on average for the more expensive packs. I’m here to tell you, I’ve bought many $15 packs and a few $50 packs, and not once, literally not a single time, has the value of the pack EVER even been worth 1/4 of the price I paid. It’s like they are saying “thanks for your money, and here’s 5 backup QBs that never played a snap in their career, and I threw in a kicker that just got reverted to the practice squad for good measure”. The worst part is, the last one I purchased, which was $50, specifically said I would be guaranteed a QB1, and if I didn’t like my pack I could trade it in for another pack. Which is literally the only reason I considered buying another pack. And then I find out there’s no QB1, but yet another backup QB. And after I find out how bad the pack is, if I want to trade it in for another pack, I have to trade in that pack plus 36 other cards of mine, 2 of which had to be worth a minimum of $20. So yeah, I feel like this warrants a terrible review, because they just ripped me off of another $50 and then didn’t even stay true to their word of allowing me to trade it in.

Everyone knows I love my sports and that I also like sports betting and the casino. I’ve been with DraftKings for about 2-3 years and it’s starting to be very unpleasant. We all know gambling comes with loses but ever since merging with espn it’s been horrible! Let’s start with the sports live betting. You can literally have someone for 18 who has 12 and they’ll sit them out a whole quarter then put them in for 2mins and you kiss by 1pt so you out two and two together. Next the casino GLITCHES constantly. I’ve literally tested playing mega diamond and I mean for days! Spent lots of money and if no one believes me go try so you can see the online casino worst than being inside the casino. Their favorite excuse will be app maintenance. Anyways I played for days lots of money and never will you hit all three matching red, blue or pinks! You barely get the three of any kind at 0.45. As soon as it looks like you’re going to the app closes out. Next when you change the lines from the highest to 1 or 3 lines that’s when every matching mega diamond hits the board where your lines aren’t set to win all the matching reds and blues with the 7s and extra x and all but never when you have all 9 lines. After this championship I’m deleting the app. There’s no way you never hit the matching diamonds for even a $400 payout when you’ve played two weeks straight for about 3/4 hours a day with a million glitches absolutely not. Rigged scammers

During the second week of the NFL season the site crashed and would’t let me put in any bets. Of course I emailed them multiple times and one of the emails I even gave them the 2 games I wanted to take before the games started. They didn’t back to me until later and the only thing they said was we understand that there was a problem with the site and they sent me a $10 free bet for having to wait to get a real response. I bet hundred of dollars and both games I emailed them won. I get the fact that if they were losers they wouldn’t have tried to collect the money, but they are the ones that had their service stopped. Thank god I didn’t have any parlays with a morning and afternoon game and I wanted to hedge the second game.Then for the night game of the same week the site crashed again. At this point I was asking for a supervisor and still have not heard from one. They are making millions of dollars every week and they can’t keep their site up and running. There shouldn’t be any excuse for this. What if I placed a bet for the night game earlier and wanted to get out of it or hedge it? No excuse and then no response still from a supervisor. I can’t wait till more companies start coming to Illinois because the customer service is god awful too. Unfortunately there aren’t many other options out there and they do let you buy some points on college football games. They don’t let you do a 4 team 13 point teaser like William Hill does, but this is site is easier to deposit and withdrawal money. That’s why I didn’t give it one star.

I downloaded this app sometime last year, created an account but never ended up using it so I deleted the app. I received an email saying that if I deposit $5 that I would get a 8 $25 bonus bets, so i did and i did receive it. I used them on several different games in just a few nights (i don’t really know much about betting/sports). I ended up winning a bit of money and tried to cash out, they had every excuse in the book for me not to be able to cash out. I had gotten married since I first created the account so now my last name is different. First they said the email that I originally created the account with has to match my PayPal. So I contacted them and updated it. Then they told me my last name had to be the same as well, I contacted them again and once again they changed it. It still will not let me withdraw so I contacted them again. I explained to them what was happening and they said they would look into it. I wait 2 days and no response back yet. I messaged again asking for updates and the only response I get back is a number for gambling addiction and a message saying that my account is now locked due to “suspicion of potential gambling addiction” and I can no longer withdraw my funds; which obviously I’m not addicted since it’s the first time I had ever bet in my life. This was several days ago. I have inquired about getting my account unlocked and have not received a since message back.. don’t waste your time or money on this app. Id give 0 stars if I could

First, I got my mom to try it and her first time on she won like $300 and they wouldn’t pay her they froze her account and said she has a “gambling problem” this woman never gambles lol I had to write them soooooo much and threaten them with lawyers and all that and months after a painful process she finally got her money. Me I hardly ever win but I did on the 20th and it was a small little win only $15 mins you I just lost like $50 you would think a little $15 back wouldn’t matter…NOPE they have my bet stuck on “open” so it never “settles” meaning they don’t have to pay me even though this has been almost 2 weeks now I wrote support and they ignored me BUT I know they got it because I got an automated email back asking me to rate their customer service from the ticket I submitted but whattttt!? What am I gonna rate the zero response I got? I wrote them today so let’s see how this plays out it’s just sad you gotta do and go through all this just to get paid but how soooo easily they will take your money without a problem…also they have their stuff ran by AI just look it up or ask your Snapchat Ai and it will tell you and idk how many times I’d have a good feeling about certain bets and right when I go to place then boom they close and then when I cancel them and click another bet it OPENS back up then I go click on it and boom closes again lol stuff is definitely rigged it’s like they know the outcomes wouldn’t surprise me if all these sports are rigged

Pretty sure I’m not gonna be the first to say after using this service u may seek a bridge to jump off after trying complete a simple love wager. This site will hold the betting lines far longer than any other betting site. There is always not sometimes ALWAYS a message that says action required . This site freeze wagers until the odds change then open the market back up . Right before you pay this site will switch several bets on your parlay in favor of the site , even though less than 2 seconds earlier the odds changed lol. This site refuses to allow anybody to make a live wager free of unscrupulous tactics. Games that haven’t even started somehow the odds will change as your creating a parlay it’s unbelievable. The shadow banning is at all time high with Draft Kings . Your lagging purposely to rob customers misleading the public with live scores and time left in the game . This site will take your money for a wager you didn’t complete hold your money while live odds are changing no bet slip added to open bets and 3-5 minutes later the money will appear back your balance. At this point I’m unsure how this got pass the launch . Other than the colors THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST BETTING SITE please don’t misunderstand my take with being a sore loser . I’m very well seasoned on most sites I just find this site extremely challenging to do the simplest things like make a wager . I started out using this app and they were awesome for a long time but slowly and over time I kept noticing things such as I would make 3 parlays and some how only 2 would show funds came out but I would think huh maybe I didn’t place it or something idk, or certain bets or picks such as baseball on a flash bet I would select a pitcher to have a certain outcome at bat, such as Aaron judge to hit a in play and when I would finish watching the whole game tracker and the player finish I would check the bet and it had another players name that I never placed a bet on! It did this several times and I chalked it up to maybe delay in cpus or Wi-Fi or something but when nfl came around It really became noticeable things got shady, a player would receive or pass over a certain amount of yards such as I’d place a bet to pass over 175 Qb would throw over at end of game reaching 185 but some how the computer would jump back to 174 and this happens several times and I caught screen recordings a screenshots of this happening, now they have for no reason at all completely LOCKED MY ACCOUNT out of no reason or notice at all required certain pdf documents that I provided but they continue to tell me that they can’t use the pdf bank statements my bank provides cause my bank Chime does not put card numbers on statements and they do not send them out mail only email! Don’t not use they will screw u at someone point now they have a lot of my winnings but also the money I deposited and won’t allow me to retrieve it CROOKS!!!!!

I joined around the time of the Super Bowl. My friends were bragging about fun boosts and mystery wagers. Practically every time I got a boost and tried to use it, it didn’t show up immediately, or needed me to go in five or six times to refresh the app. I got a free bet, and it wouldn’t let me place it (needs to be selected, but they wouldn’t let me select it). I could see I had it, just wasn’t allowed to use it. I put one thing in my bet slip and it said my bet was uncombinable. One thing! No combining there. I placed a bet and it told me to look for myself because they didn’t know if my bet went through. These are things that happened different occasions. I complained three times, super bowl Sunday, feb 10th and feb 17th. I got no reasonable replies. Today is Feb 28th, I tried to withdrawal everything from my account. Only payout options are PayPal or a physical check. Lots of ways to deposit, but only two to get my money back. Never again, stay away! If I could give less than one star I would. I never am so annoyed that I write reviews and I took the time to write one so you don’t have the same god awful service and experience! I should say experience because there is clearly no service! Even the response ignores the fact that I have tried multiple times to contact their “well-trained staff”. Three times I reached out, as stated earlier, not wasting another second on this. Can’t wait for my paper check to show up in the mail in 3 - 5 weeks!

I created my account to make bets for Super Bowl in February 2023. It allowed me to make an account. I was never able to make a bet. Supposedly I had an account out there and you can only have one account. If that was the case, when I went to create my account with all of my information why did it allow me. Even so I went through the steps of contacting customer service. And I would only get automated messages. It was so never wrecking I gave up for a while. I even told them if another account is showing with my info delete it. I don't know the information to get into it. I now attempted again to try and get my account back since football has now started back up. This time someone got back to me. I provided them with picture of my ID, me with my ID, and my electric bill. They said someone would reach back out in 24 to 48 hours. And all I received were two emails telling me to rate the customer service and my account is still locked. I never placed any bets on DraftKings. I never got the chance to. I don’t even want my account anymore. I want to close it but I can’t even do that because it says restricted. If you are looking to go bet somewhere I would say go to FanDuel sports book instead. Layout and customer service is on point. This might be okay if you never run into an issue but be aware if you do their customer service is horrible.

I’ve won over $1000 on this book and ive still had the worst experience I’ve ever had betting on a sportsbook. To start, the amount of pain points the customer encounters to deposit money into the app…. No wonder why they need all these deposit matches! Customers wouldn’t be able to sit through the unbearable experience of troubleshooting their horrible technology. On top of that, there’s no customer support! Fill out a form and maybe you’ll get an email pointing you to their pre-written articles that you can find on the help page…. That are nothing more than common sense. And for the betting lines, the causal customer would never notice, but this sportsbook is doing everything possible to get you to make the worst possible bet you can make (so they make money). All the quick picks, promotions, profit boosts, are a scam to make you bet what they want you to bet. Offering 25% profit boosts with $10 max just forces customers to put in these lottery-pick parlays (WHICH HAVE CRAZY HOLD - TERRIBLE FOR THE BETTOR). No one wants to use their 25% profit boost to get an extra $2 on a straight bet. Their promotion strategy is shady, their deposit experience is horrible, and their customer support is non-existent. Save valuable time and money and go to Caesars or FanDuel. At least Caesars has a full customer support team dedicated to handling calls in a timely manner.
