Would only change one area

I have just about every online casino app in PA. though I do enjoy certain aspects of the other ones, only DraftKings seems to have the total package. They cater to both the players that can afford to make large bets and those of us at the other end that stick to a budget and make significantly smaller bets. Hence the $5 deposit minimum. (Love that feature).
Then there’s the almost instantaneous withdrawal wait. The ease to switch between deposit methods. I could go on and on. But i see it’s getting a bit long.
The biggest issue i have is with the transaction history and stat sheet feature. I wish it got more specific. Its shortest time frame is (this month and last month) i would like to see weekly and daily stats. The only way to figure out how much ive wagered in a specific time frame is to literally add up every single spin/wager. Or to use the responsible gaming wagering limits feature. But even that can throw you off because it resets somewhere between 7-8:00pm PA time. Lol. Other than all that. I love the DraftKings brand as a whole

Customer service is a joke

I created my account to make bets for Super Bowl in February 2023. It allowed me to make an account. I was never able to make a bet. Supposedly I had an account out there and you can only have one account. If that was the case, when I went to create my account with all of my information why did it allow me. Even so I went through the steps of contacting customer service. And I would only get automated messages. It was so never wrecking I gave up for a while. I even told them if another account is showing with my info delete it. I don't know the information to get into it. I now attempted again to try and get my account back since football has now started back up. This time someone got back to me. I provided them with picture of my ID, me with my ID, and my electric bill. They said someone would reach back out in 24 to 48 hours. And all I received were two emails telling me to rate the customer service and my account is still locked. I never placed any bets on DraftKings. I never got the chance to. I don’t even want my account anymore. I want to close it but I can’t even do that because it says restricted. If you are looking to go bet somewhere I would say go to FanDuel sports book instead. Layout and customer service is on point. This might be okay if you never run into an issue but be aware if you do their customer service is horrible.

Find another book

I’ve won over $1000 on this book and ive still had the worst experience I’ve ever had betting on a sportsbook. To start, the amount of pain points the customer encounters to deposit money into the app…. No wonder why they need all these deposit matches! Customers wouldn’t be able to sit through the unbearable experience of troubleshooting their horrible technology. On top of that, there’s no customer support! Fill out a form and maybe you’ll get an email pointing you to their pre-written articles that you can find on the help page…. That are nothing more than common sense. And for the betting lines, the causal customer would never notice, but this sportsbook is doing everything possible to get you to make the worst possible bet you can make (so they make money). All the quick picks, promotions, profit boosts, are a scam to make you bet what they want you to bet. Offering 25% profit boosts with $10 max just forces customers to put in these lottery-pick parlays (WHICH HAVE CRAZY HOLD - TERRIBLE FOR THE BETTOR). No one wants to use their 25% profit boost to get an extra $2 on a straight bet. Their promotion strategy is shady, their deposit experience is horrible, and their customer support is non-existent. Save valuable time and money and go to Caesars or FanDuel. At least Caesars has a full customer support team dedicated to handling calls in a timely manner.

Is the worst of the worst even proper enough?

To be fair the amount of games on here is incredible… good job at the variety of casino games. As with any casino you have your ups and your downs.. downs lasting longer than one would hope. Either way, I had been upgraded to the “vip” program. Which really just means I’ve spent far too much money. Anyhow, I got assigned a “dedicated” person (ha ha ha) this person never once even introduced himself. I had reached out over an issue with a promotion.. no answer. I reached out to customer service.. told me to speak to the person who doesn’t answer? So, finally he reaches out and proceeds to hammer call me during work hours.. demanding I call him back. I stated I no longer wanted communication with this terror of a human.. and guess what?? He proceeds to reach BACK OUT ultimately I blocked his cellphone # - oh that’s right they handed out my cellphone number. So after countless interactions with customer service ultimately I was told I have to be placed in an uncomfortable position to speak to a terror of a human. Needless to say.. I don’t play that game! I played a few more games nothing of any real value proceed to “randomly” now lose every single thing I played (not rigged at all… nooooo) anyhow take your business to literally anywhere else… even a gas station casino may have better human interaction than this. Awful.

Glitch & Bad Customer Service

I had a $100 ticket on Lakers v. Clippers (I had Lakers -4) parlayed with Rangers to win (which they did). There was 19 seconds left the Clippers came back to take the lead by 1. Then all the sudden the app glitched to 7 seconds and I cashed out. The app switched back to 19 seconds and ultimately went to overtime and the lakers covered the spread (won by 5 points) I would have won $578. This will be the last time I use this app, that was very fishy to me, I am not just mad about losing the bet, but the fact I felt like they pressured me into cashing out because they knew my bet had a good chance of hitting, either that or there software quality is one of the lowest out there. There customer service is also very poor, the other day I made an incorrect bet emailed customer support and asked them to please void the ticket, return the money to my account and reapply the boost I had on the ticket so I could replace my wager. They said that was ok and asked me to confirm which I did. Then a few minutes later they said unfortunately we will not be able to void the bet or reapply the boost. Just bad service all the way around. Do not deal with these guys they aren’t worth it. I will take my sports betting to fanatics sportsbook, they are so much better and take care of there customers properly. 1 out of 5 stars.

Missing cash out feature screwed me over big time.

Before you say I have a degenerate gambling problem I accidentally placed an incorrect bet hours before the event while distracted by something else. (Did not realize I had a small parlay and a seperate 100+dollar bet in the same betslip both in effect) Immediately after, I tried to correct this by cashing out as it was hours before the event even started, only to find that cash out was immediately suspended. Frantically looking everywhere for help there was no live chat or customer support to be found, and my fate was sealed. Lost thousands to this sports book and I’ve gotten 10 dk dollars in return, while Fanduel gives occasional random bonus bets to help you get back on your feet after a tough amount of losses. Until customer satisfaction and support features are worked on, fanduel is a better option. Be safe guys and read every part of that betslip because your money will get snatched the very second you hit place bet, regardless of how long away the legs are.

Do Not Deposit Here, You Can Not Withdraw!

Please do yourself a favor and use reputable sites like Fanduel or Caesars. Not only does draftkings have no phone support, or live support, the email support is absolutely horrendous. If they ever email you back they wom’t even read the email but will give a generic response and leave links to their FAQ. Forget about asking for a call back, its never gonna happen lol. Think their sign on bonus is too good to be true? Thats because it is, “just deposit and bet $5 to win $200 in free bets”, and then once you use the free bets and win any of em, boom account restricted. Want to withdraw? Too bad. Draftkings will ask you to take a selfie with your ID before giving your account back. Simple enough right.. but no, once you submit that info they ask you for propf of address... and on and on and on you get stuck in waiting for responses, having agents asking you for the same information theyve already confirmed of receiving. Not to mention they gave up access to over 60,000 customers personal info, i.e all that personal jnfo theyve been asking for to unrestrict your account, as well as banking info etc. Although their support will tell you “don’t believe third partys” when its literally every news source reporting this. Save youself the headache and use another sportsbook.

Scam business

I opened up an account because had family opened one and they locked their account after placing a bet. They blamed it on their system saying they violated their terms and conditions. So we setup an account and made a deposit and place a bet with the money then placed a bet with the bonus bets. Soon as the bet won I went on the account and they locked the account and took the money. All they claim is terms got violated but can’t say how. So depositing and placing a bet automatically gives them their right to steal your money. DraftKings is making their money by locking accounts and not letting people actually play and win. The fact that they are getting away with this means they’re either paying off the gaming commission which should be investigated also at this point. Since they’re not protecting the American people at all against corruption companies like DraftKings. If you have DraftKings remove your money asap. You have no rights to your money on DraftKings. The entire company is a Ponzu scam to steal people money to grow their company. Recommend using sport books that actually follow government and local guidelines to operate. They truly don’t deserve to be in any state or be given the commercial or advertising time they’re getting. We just exposed their whole operation.

Horrible customer service

This app is good if you plan on never ever reaching customer service or having any issues with the app. However if you ever need to reach customer service there is a huge issue. There is no phone number so you have to email them. Takes 1-5 days for them to answer or they ignore you. Most times they don’t understand or don’t know their own app well enough to answer your questions. If there is a significant issue they have zero idea of what is going on. They offered an nfl parlay insurance promotion. If you lose 1 leg of a 4 leg parlay you will be credited as long it is not a teaser. I made parlay wagers as did my dad using the alternate spreads. We never used teasers and were credited the first 2 times the promotion came out. Then all of a sudden they didn’t credit us and said teasers don’t apply. We didn’t use teasers we were just smart enough to use all their app offers. They have no idea the bet we used and I’ve spent days trying to contact them and explain. Save yourself the hassle and do not use this app. You will eventually get money randomly taken from your account, not get a pay out or some other issue. Then you will spend weeks trying to explain to them their own system to eventually get screwed. Use another sportsbook. Or else you will just regret the hassle.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service numerous issues on site when you reach out to inquire you get no response for weeks at a time if ever they are of little help in fixing the problem very rude and unprofessional overall they have one of the worst customer service teams I have ever seen I’ve had issues on the site that included not receiving proper payment for my winnings missing permotional payouts including most recently mamba permotional which is a 60 dollar free bet I recently won a small pot of a few hundred dollars took a week to get my money and as a result they blocked access on my account to the games I won on really strange and unprofessional I’m currently missing over 200 slot games from my app strange right accept that I’ve checked a few of my friends accounts and none have limited access is it cause I won so now I’m blocked wish I could say unfortunately they won’t respond to explain or fix the issue be very careful when useing this site keep track of all winners screen shot all permotions you opt into and please if you have some of the same issues immediately leave negative feedback which will force them to take the necessary steps to correct the problems and improve not only customer service and how the interact with customer but the many issues overall
