Very Thoughtful Coaching with Asian Culture in mind
I had a few coaching sessions with coach Joshua. Prior to this, I had a hard time finding a mental health coach in Chicago. Every time, I had to explain the cultural background to supplement the context for my family relationship. And sometimes the advice I received from them were just not practical. (Such as using silence treatment to set boundaries with my parents…) The conversation is much better with a coach who has personal experience about Asian culture and is also trained with Asian individuals in mind. Highly recommend this service to anyone who’s looking to overcome family or personal challenges.
Mental Health is Important.
This is an app for mental health coaching. Great app design that allows the user to navigate through the system seamlessly. Great mental health coaching from a supportive staff who understands the mental health issues, distinctive for an Asian or otherwise. Great app, great coaching. Enough said.
Useful and Helpful
This app is very easy to navigate and a very helpful resource to deal with my mental health. Props to the creators of this app for their consideration. I recommend this app and the platform it provides for the Asian community.
