Only you, Dirk the Daring, can save Princess Daphne from the clutches of the Evil Wizard Mordroc in this fully animated arcade classic from the legendary animator and director Don Bluth.
It is a dark time in all the land. The Evil Wizard Mordroc has spirited away Princess Daphne to a wrinkle in time, scheming to force her into marriage. As Dirk the Daring, you must race through time to rescue her. A bumbling old time machine (and all the courage you can muster) will transport you on your mission. But you must hurry. Once the Casket of Doom has opened, Mordroc will place the Death Ring upon Daphne’s finger in marriage – and she will be lost forever in the Time Warp!
The responsive and intuitive controls let you play with or without move guides and with iPad, you can play through the Original version or the new Director’s Cut, which features an alternate ending!
Dragon's Lair 2: Time Warp has been updated to ensure continued iOS compatibility. We've also updated the UI and fixed up some pesky bugs.

This game is a sequel to the original Dragon's Lair that has improved in many areas.
Like the original, our fearless hero, Sir Dirk the daring must rescue the princess.
What makes this game unique is in the way it plays.
Not only must you learn the moves, but you must also know how to find the treasures throughout the adventure.
The controls are super responsive and I love it so much, I turned off the move guide and find it so much more challenging.
Another challenge is the way this game presents itself.
Levels 2 through 6 can appear in two completely different formats where it's the same levels, only mirrored.
There are two games to select from the start menu, Original (which includes the extended ending) and Director's Cut (which cuts out the extended ending making it much easier to rescue Daphne the princess).
The responsive controls, fast-paced non-stop action and challenges make this so much fun to play and enjoy.
Best of all, there are NO in-app purchases‼️🤗
I am so thrilled to report that if you had any audio issues in iOS 9, it has been fixed in iOS 10.
If the reason you are reading this review is because of the price tag, fear not: This game is worth it.

Great game of the past
Both Dragons Lair & Time Warp are very true recreations of the originals. Great graphics and good controls for IPad. They have added hint features to make the game play much easier. They default to on and I recommend turning them off. The game is very hard when move guide (hints) is turned off. I would only recommend turning it on when you get stuck. The game is very good for what it is - a blast from the past. No strategy or level ups. Very Linear. Very fun to try to progress to see story and ending. If you are looking for strategy RPG or FPS this game is not for you.
