Dream Daddy 17+

I love this game it’s so fun and there’s nothing else like it, but i’m sure you’ve read this in other reviews that you start off with only 3 call thingies which i’m grateful for lol but I also wish that this game wasn’t just made to make money and that it could be kind of like the game episode where you can watch adds for tickets (cell phone things) or wait until the next day to get more so that I don’t have to keep this game hoping that there’s another update coming for that and it would be cool if there were like gems or diamonds too like episode so you could do more intimate or exclusive things with some of the dads (that you wouldn’t normally get to do) I think that if you guys still want to make money that’s a good way to do it because people pay a lot to buy gems or diamonds so that they can further their relationship on those types of games. Sorry this was so long I hope it helps you in your decision of maybe getting this game or helping some of the app developers for their next update 🙃

This is such a witty gem of a game! I see a lot of negative comments about the price of the game, which I find to be more than a little silly. $15 for the whole game. No hoops to jump through. No timers. No gems, gold, tickets, trinkets, bits, or baubles to waste time with- just a really good game. The writing is absolutely spot on, and each of the dads are very charming! I romanced each one, going from favorite to least favorite. I thought “might as well” and I’m really glad I did! Even if they werent my favorite dad, each one of their story lines was engaging and interesting! I also really appreciate that this is a game geared towards actual adults- humor, situations, nostalgia- it has all of them in spades. The dad builder was a lot of fun to play with, and I really appreciated how easy it was to use. The fast forward function worked perfectly and saved a lot of time through re-reads. Very smartly designed. It was also really cool to be able to replay a date right away if it didn’t go so well... Final thoughts: great value for the content, and Goth Dad is best dad.

I found this game by accident while scrolling through the App Store, and I’m very happy that I did. I’ve tried other dating sims in the past, and none of them can compete with Dream Daddy. Dream Daddy has a solid plot and plenty lovable and relatable characters to befriend and/or date, which is something that many dating sims lack. Plus, it gives you a window into what parenthood is like for single, gay dads and even into transgender parenting. Both of which are great because even now LGBTQ+ characters rarely receive the spotlight in video games.
Another great plus is that the game is free to download. Plus, you get the introduction and three phone messages to start. So if you use that up, and decide that you don’t like the game, you won’t have wasted any money. If you do like it, you can buy three more phone messages, or unlock the entire game for $15, which I highly recommend because it gives access to all of the content this quirky but lovable game has to offer.
