So trying to migrate vehicles in is stupid. Can’t just sign into my account I’ve had for years. The website no longer has a portal. I couldn’t migrate a car in because we got rid of it and didn’t know I needed the sticker number. Had to email them and they handled it. I’m still paying on that car for this month and haven’t even been through because it was in the shop for 5 weeks and then to get setup on the new car, it’s not transferred over so now I’m paying for this month on it as well. Well I setup the car in the app and that’s a mistake. You still have to get with the employee there to get the sticker and attach it to the account I just setup in the app. I go back a second time and that barcode doesn’t work and the employees didn’t know how to fix it. So now I’m probably gonna have to deal with it the next time also. I’m so close to canceling my two accounts and going to the new Mike’s down the street. I’ve been with drive and shine for maybe 15 years and have about had it with this over the last couple weeks

This app did not enter information correctly. It did not combine my accounts together on the family plan as I have previously had four months on pond months. I do not like this plan. The employee is at driving and shine also complain about this app. If it does not get better, I will be canceling my VIP membership. Completely. Things were going well before having to sign on to this app to be able to wash my vehicle that I’ve been doing for months now.

So happy they launched this app, I can do so much with my account now. Before i had lingering questions, but after using the app for a couple minutes i was able to access everything and it answered all my questions.

I am able to manage anything on my account from anywhere through the app! Seeing where my nearest location helps with being on the road often and could even prepay for a wash before pulling up. Love it!
