Love the app except randomly delivers no access to the Load Board without warning or notifications why there is no access. Sometimes it’s only minutes, other times hours.

I enjoy using this application however a few things need to be added.Firstly; add the function to multi-add photos from library. Having to go one by one to add photos adds an extreme amount of unnecessary time. Especially since taking photos within the app doesn’t allow to switch between lenses for more clarity.Secondly; add a feature to the load boards to sort by type, length, weight, etc. Some drivers do not have CDLs / Fifth wheels and adding this will allow for more efficient dispatching as well.Lastly; remove / adjust the algorithm that adjusts photo resolution after sending. A few times I’ve taken / added photos to the app to find later that it is not as clear as I have taken them prior to upload. This is extremely important since the photos we take verify whether we are or are not responsible for unit damage. If this is implemented it will reduce the cost of damage claims due to lack of clear evidence.I hope to see these improvements and others soon. And remember please drive safely.

All and all it’s not a bad app and fairly easy to navigate. The recent upgrade took away the sorting options for load weights which is helpful for non-CDL drivers to separate and see loads in their range easier. I would love to see better sorting and filtering options on the load board.

Don’t know what’s happening with this app. On my end, I can see my yard exits on my screen. Yesterday my dispatcher called and said I didn’t do a yard exit I went back into the app and did it twice and I’m still getting a response saying I have not done my yard exit. Also, I am not getting a call check button on my loads either.
