Pay to Factoring
My only issue is with payment. My last 2 invoices took 88 plus days to pay . My factoring company was holding over $2,000 of my invoices due to aging invoices from XPO. After serval emails and phone calls . I was able to expedite the payment. I will continue to work with Xpo in future based on point of contacts and assured me if I run across this issue in future reach out to upper management point of contact . Thanks for resolution.,
Great rates but not able to book
2 issues
• when ever I try to buy the load I never receive a confirmation and it’s always given to someone else
• I received a big ding on my carrier rating because it said I was late to a shipper when I wasn’t and have proof. I was using the app & diligently reporting my arrival and departures from the shipper and receiver. When I tried bringing issue I never received a response.
