Map search
The search on the Map is not friendly at all, i cant search to check what’s available on my route for example, i don't want sometimes to see what’s around me only and how far is it.
Kindly try to fix this.
Shop Took the money but not responding
I struggle a lot with this app one of the worst thing is that you can’t talk to the some of the shops or the app after placing the order. The shop excepted the order and when I went to get it they disappeared from the map like someone did pick it up but it wasn’t me and I don’t know what to do there’s nothing to communicate with this shop or with the app itself to solve the problem.
Suggestion
I would like to suggest adding car plate number option . And when placing the order we write or choose the car plate number we are coming from. I’m not always using my car so this will help a lot !
