DrLullaby is designed to help sleep problems in children 4 months – 18 years. Consequences from poor sleep habits and insomnia can disturb the entire household. Sleep deprived parents can use DrLullaby to learn a sleep doctor’s tips for optimizing sleep for their child, and themselves. Older children and teens can use the app for sleep help. New moms can use DrLullaby’s sleep program as it aids in preparation for sleep training. Exhausted parents and adults struggling with sleeplessness can use the app to solve their own sleep problems as the app can also address sleep problems in adults.

The problems addressed in DrLullaby include:
1. Babies or children requiring parent involvement with sleep
2. Tantrums or bedtime refusal in toddlers and young children
3. Mind racing and frustration with sleep in older children, teens and adults

DrLullaby provides personalized lessons and access to video coaching to get your family sleeping better. Lessons include Dr. Medalie’s teaching videos, reading materials and graphic “how-to’s”. Coaching sessions are 30-minute video visits with PhD, PsyD educated experts in behavior-change. Most families experience the benefits of this sleep aid in 2-3 months but you can go at your own pace. Improvements in sleep metrics, feeling less tired and reduced distress about sleep are the most common outcomes seen with this program.

DrLullaby was developed by Dr. Lisa Medalie. Dr. Medalie is one of less than 50 board-certified, formally-trained Pediatric Insomnia Specialists. She trained at Johns Hopkins and Harvard and currently works at University of Chicago as a leading expert in treatment of insomnia disorder. She has been featured on Dr. Oz, CNN, NPR and several other media sites as a sleep expert. DrLullaby coaches were educated at top universities and have top-notch experience helping provide families the support, motivation and expertise they need to get better nights!

Customized, simple and motivating

This app helped us work through the routines and consistency of a good night’s sleep. Our always wonderful sleepy baby grew up to be a bedtime over thinker, insomniac and every night was another frustration. After a few weeks the app helped us guide our 6 year old to make modifications and put herself to sleep and stay asleep. A year later during the pandemic the strategies still work and the app helps us keep on course so we can all stay rested, happy and healthy. Thanks Dr. Lullaby!

Excellent App for Families!

DrLullaby has given such incredible evidence- based solutions to help my children sleep at night. Dr. Medalie has videos on the app to walk though the assignments and explain how to solve children’s sleep issues!
