Great experience
From start to finish, the experience was seamless. I scheduled a same-day pickup this morning at 9:15am, driver was here to pick up my laundry within 10 minutes, and my laundry was back at my door by 2pm. Almost like magic. Very useful service
Clothes not picked up but was notified that they were!
I awoke this morning at 5 am to a notification that my clothes had been picked up. My clothes hadn't been set out! I have tried to contact you regarding this but my txt have not been answered and my calls were hung up on after being on hold. This new app lacks the communication of the previous one! The driver would have called and stated that they were outside and didn't see my bag! I've never had a problem with your service before. I am waiting on some response.
Exceptional service
I was able to place an order for same day pick up and delivery. My clothes were returned fresh, neatly folded, and faster than expected! Highly recommend!
