I love the selection of shoes you carry, but the app is a total mess, it took more than half and hour to place my order because the constant crashes and freezes, if it wasn’t on sale I would have went to a different store.

They offer a variety of offers and products to chose from but the app is an absolute mess! Takes so long to log in, keeps logging you out, and constantly freezes.

Hi Mohammed, please share with us your order number so we can assist, also note you can place a return/exchange request within 14 days from delivery by signing into your account after receiving your order and following these steps:
Go to Returns and Exchanges, Click on Request Return and Exchange,
- Select the order, then select the item, and after that choose the preferred size that you want to exchange. ( or not in case of return ).
-Make sure to choose the refund method in case you paid by card.
