I DSB app kan du købe billetter, pendlerkort, benytte Check ind og se aktuel trafikinformation og oversigt over afgange.

Du kan købe billetter og pladsbilletter inkl. pendlerpladsbillet. Du kan også købe DSB Orange- og DSB Orange Fri billetter på de afgange, hvor de er tilgængelige. Billetterne kan også tilbagebetales fra appen efter de gældende regler.

Du kan købe, fornye og tilbagebetale Pendlerkort og få leveret dit ungdomskort i appen, hvis det er fra DSB.

Du kan købe billetter i appen som gæst eller oprette en DSB Plus profil og få adgang til flere produkter og services, blandt andet mulighed for at flytte endnu ikke gyldige billetter og kort. Som gæst skal du være opmærksom på, at ønsker du en kvittering på e-mail, så skal du indtaste din mail efter købet.

Difficulty

We were finally able to successfully buy our tickets after multiple glitches and considerable time spent with our bank and DSB representatives. Once the system errors were fixed it was easy. Hopefully in the future the bugs will be worked out.

Crummy

Interface is a train wreck. There are "x"'s indicating you can erase the field (say, when you are told amex isn't a viable card, slightly odd limitation for a national monopoly, so you may not think of checking the list first), except they don't actually do anything. No way to save tickets to wallet, you have to hope this janky app actually works when they come around to check. Why is a dob required to set up an account to save tickets for? It's ok to take money from an 11yeat-old, but not let them retrieve their purchases. This is all somewhat underwhelming, but fortunately not as underwhelming as their website which doesn't even work on iOS safari.
