dub | Copy Trade Anyone 17+

Love the app. I think there should be a few updates…

Love using dub. I think it’s fairly intuitive. Somethings I would like to see would be a more realtime, up to date main graph. As of right now, daily and weekly versions of the line graph of my portfolio seems to drag (takes it time getting up to date). Next, when the market opens the daily changes for each individual portfolio takes about 30-45 minutes to show any changes. Finally, when I first started using the app I added in a marginal amount of money compared to what I have now in my portfolio, to test it out. When I added in more money the All time percent change became inaccurate. For example I put 1K in initially, it grew to 1100, then I added in 13k and it grew to 15k. Its say there was a 25% increase in my portfolio but $1100 is only about 7%.
I love using the app, only reason I am leaving this review is so my UX can become better. Thank you.

We are aiming for a 5-minute or less refresh rate across the app and a better experience at the start of the day. In terms of the performance data, we would love to do a deep dive into your account. Awesome People Behind This App - Great Functionality

First off, the app itself has been great to follow other portfolios with. In addition to that, the ability to just copy a portfolio and either ride the highs or lows with another portfolios movements makes this app one of a kind. Initially had an issue with linking my account but support was able to resolve this rather quickly to help me begin my dub journey. If you haven’t considered Dub yet, it’s worth throwing a few hundred in, copying a portfolio and letting it play out for you. Cheers and good luck copying!

The Fundamentals Are Ignored

The development team is more focused on little fancy features than the fundamentals functionality of the app. An example, you buy more shares from a portfolio and despite the order being filled, it doesn’t show up when you check the portfolio. Another important point is that you almost never exactly know how much money you have last or made since the algorithm they used to calculate is very messy. The team needs to download Robinhood for a few weeks and pick up on their reliability of their app. Last but not least, when you cancel a queued order, takes forever to actually remove it, small things like these give users headaches.
