Love the app. I think there should be a few updates…

Love using dub. I think it’s fairly intuitive. Somethings I would like to see would be a more realtime, up to date main graph. As of right now, daily and weekly versions of the line graph of my portfolio seems to drag (takes it time getting up to date). Next, when the market opens the daily changes for each individual portfolio takes about 30-45 minutes to show any changes. Finally, when I first started using the app I added in a marginal amount of money compared to what I have now in my portfolio, to test it out. When I added in more money the All time percent change became inaccurate. For example I put 1K in initially, it grew to 1100, then I added in 13k and it grew to 15k. Its say there was a 25% increase in my portfolio but $1100 is only about 7%.
I love using the app, only reason I am leaving this review is so my UX can become better. Thank you.

Thanks for the detailed feedback! The good news is that some of the real-time data improvements that you mentioned will be released in the next two weeks. We are aiming for a 5-minute or less refresh rate across the app and a better experience at the start of the day. In terms of the performance data, we would love to do a deep dive into your account. Being able to copy my favorite stock market influencers/traders is a blessing in disguise. It takes all of the thought and stress away from what you are investing in. These people that are creating these portfolios are using their knowledge and experience to bring the best portfolios that they can make to the platform, making it easy to know that your investments are safe and should yield you a solid return.

The Fundamentals Are Ignored

The development team is more focused on little fancy features than the fundamentals functionality of the app. An example, you buy more shares from a portfolio and despite the order being filled, it doesn’t show up when you check the portfolio. Another important point is that you almost never exactly know how much money you have last or made since the algorithm they used to calculate is very messy. The team needs to download Robinhood for a few weeks and pick up on their reliability of their app. Last but not least, when you cancel a queued order, takes forever to actually remove it, small things like these give users headaches.
