Mobile deposit doesn't work
Three iPhones and mobile deposit does not work on any of them. Something clearly needs to be corrected. Otherwise a good app.
This app was great at first. Now, when you try to login, it just spins & doesn’t ever load. When I called customer service, they said to uninstall it then reinstall. The first time I did that, it worked. But, the next time I wanted to use the app, it did the same thing. I tried the same fix, but that didn’t work. So I shut down my phone & brought it back up, reinstalled the app & then it worked. BUT, I have to do this every time! I have the newest iPhone 10 so this shouldn’t be an issue. Get this fixed PLEASE!!!
