WHAT'S THAT IN-APP PURCHASE ABOUT?

When you purchase Due today, you will have access to every feature in the app today—no further purchase required.

You will also get access to all new features released one year from your date of purchase.

The optional Due Upgrade Pass subscription allows you to continue getting access to all new features released one year *after* your date of purchase.

And here's the deal: Every feature that you have unlocked will remain available to you, forever—even if you stop subscribing.

Should you choose not to subscribe, after one year, you will continue to receive updates in the form of bug fixes and compatibility updates with the latest devices, iOS, iPadOS and watchOS.

Due has a pretty good track record with that.

To illustrate: If you purchased Due back in 2010 for your iPhone 3G running iOS 4 then, that very same app in 2020 is now optimized for iPhone 11 Pro Max, iPad Pro running iOS 13, as well as on Apple Watch—and you don’t have to pay a single cent more to use the app on these devices, on the new iOS.

Goodbye sticky notes

First of all, I don’t bother with apps I have to buy, and second, I don’t leave app reviews. But Due changed my to-do life from the first entry. Until I found Due, as tasks popped in my head, I had two choices. 1. Write on sticky notes or other paper scraps, which I lost or forgot if they weren’t visible front and center. 2. Add reminders to a calendar app, which I could set to remind me to do the task ahead of time, but once it was past, it was gone forever and forgotten. I needed something that kept after me and after me until the thing was done. Due is that app! I’m so impressed with how easy it is to set a reminder, change the reminder interval, or change the date and time. And the icing on the cake? It works with Siri (with a little practice)! Now when I’m driving and I think of a task, I can add it to Due instead of waiting for a stoplight, digging through the console for a pen and a piece of junk mail to write it down and...well, you get the picture. Due will help your brain rest from having to keep your to-do list swirling around in there. And it will give you confidence that you can actually get things done. Thank you, Due developers!

Yay, Siri support and regular bug fixes!

Thanks for 20.2! I TRULY appreciate the ongoing commitment to the quality of the user experience, not just the functionality. Just one of the reasons I love this app and hope never to have to live without it. And I love that can dictate Due reminders using Siri in the car, where I often think of things I still need to do. Due is still hands-down the best money I ever spent in the App Store. I will buy all major version updates just to keep this awesome developer in business! Regular free updates too (like Siri support), and steady bug squashing. The interactive notification snoozing is awesome too. This app offers a real difference and improvement over Apple’s Reminders. Due is the procrastinator’s best friend, and the cure-all for my stress- and age-induced ADD. Been using it since about a month after I got my first iPhone in 2010, and it will never leave my phone dock. Got it for both my parents, and I’m convinced it has already saved my 76-year-old father‘s life by reminding him to take his heart meds at the same time every day. That is not an exaggeration. Love, love, love, NEED this app. ♥️

Developer Response ,

Thanks Janie, I'm so happy to learn that Due has been of much help to you and your parents. Frankly, when I started Due in 2010, I wasn't sure if it was going to work out. I'm thrilled to hear from customers who are still finding value from the app they bought more than 9 years ago!

One of the few indispensable apps

This app is probably the most used in my productivity portfolio. I use it for anything that I MUST do: take meds, call someone, check on something at work. It is so effective because it does one thing better than any other app I’ve ever found: it bugs the you-know-what out of you until you get something done.

For example: I take medicine every day at lunch. But my lunch time varies, anytime between 11-1. I have a reminded set here for 11, and it reminds me again and again (based on an interval I select) until I mark it completed. So, at 11, it dings me. If I ignore it, or don’t hear it, or don’t have my phone on me, it will ding me again, and again, and again, until I mark it complete. This is the behavior I need. An app that reminds me once and then ends up in notifications is useless to me; I need constant reminding until I have the time and focus to mark it done.

This will be the best $5 you spend in the App Store. I’ve been using it for years now, and, as I said in my review title, it’s indispensable.
