What’s up with the bluetooth???

Yes. I am having the same problem where I can’t connect my lights. I was very excited after spending $50 to hook these up to my smart phone. The device doesn’t show on my phone so I can’t connect them. Everyone says unplug them and turn off your bluetooth and then retry but no matter what there is no device showing. It is really frustrating not being able to find out how to get it to work and the best answers I’m finding are from the costumers themselves rather then the actual makers off the product. App is very under-developed and I would like an update so I can actually connect the lights. Not much in the help page either. Please consider changing the app so it is compatible with everyones lights. Very disappointed that I couldn’t even figure out how to connect or why they wouldn’t. Lights are good for the price. App was disappointing.

This has nothing to do with the TV

I’m a sucker for the Facebook ads and saw that I could buy this product and have it interact with the colors on the screen. I thought to myself, ‘wow, how does that work?’ Long story short; it doesn’t.
This product merely has you run audio though it’s app and the lights blink
....not what I was looking for.
At the same time, THAT works pretty well, as long as you figure out the right sequence to turn things on.
At the moment, it looks like I just bought my girlfriend a really expensive string of Christmas lights. If the app had more capabilities it may be worth actually installing on the TV for when you have music playing, otherwise it’s going in with the Christmas decorations

Issues Bluetooth connection I fixed !

I had the same issue as others were having- app wouldn’t connect to Bluetooth and my lights wouldn’t show in the device section. I made sure my Bluetooth was on and then I disconnected the LED mobile Bluetooth controller, unplugged the adapter and everything- then reconnected and my lights turned on! went to the app and my lights were finally available in the device section. Best bet with the issue is to unplug everything and replug! If you have several strips connected to each other try connecting the Bluetooth controller to a different strip and test that method as well! Unplugging Worked for me and I hope that helps whoever is having the issue. These lights are awesome- I hope they fix the bugs and the app!
