Doesn’t always work as it should. Sometimes, it shows the bus still at the school when it should be out route to pickup or drop your child. Messages, alerts are never used by the school bus company which makes it frustrating for parents to have to reach out to the school and the school bus company.
Today the bus didn’t pick up my child or the other kids in the neighborhood, no communication with parents and my child had to ride with another student’s grandparent to school. Totally unacceptable. When the app did work, it showed that it was in another city in Euless, TX.

This app is not working more than it is working. You get a your child’s bus is running late call follow the bus on the app and the bus on the app is still showing at the depot. Now today the app has logged everyone out and won’t let anyone back in. You cannot follow the bus if you cannot get into the app. The technical support button takes you to a page not found page when you try to contact the app developers. What’s the purpose of having the button when it leads you to a blank page. Now no way to let developers know app isn’t working

This app is completely worthless and incredibly frustrating! More often than not, when you open it, it has logged you out and, when you try to log in, the system times out and locks you out. When it does happen to be working, about half the time the busses don’t even show any movement. Maybe it is a substitute bus that day - but it would not be at all difficult to set it up so the new bus location was shown. Clearly this app was created and never updated. If you are going to advertise this as a “perk” of using your bus system, make sure it at least works.
