Total crap

The app crashes before you can file a report. Ridiculous. And then, it says your password is wrong. It sends an email to change it; then it won’t accept the password you just created. I guess it’s a good thing if you’re a city employee cashing the checks that taxpayers finance and doing noting. Whoever the developers are need to be sued for breech of contract.

It worked. But not satisfactory.

I reported two requests. One was just reporting a traffic sign that needed replacing. No problem. App worked as designed.

I also made an “other” request. The customer service rep responded by message saying it wasn’t the City of Durham’s responsibility, and immediately closed the case. I then tried to comment back asking for resources. But I believe that since the case was marked as closed, my issue was not seen again. So I am either being ignored by the app, or a customer service rep has seen my comment and chosen to ignore me for the last 3 weeks. Either way, the app provides no way for follow-up on a connected case. I would recommend cases be reopened if a client responds to a claim.

Won’t Even Open Anymore

This app really needs an update, there’s no use downloading cause it won’t open on new apple devices, it opens and then crashes immediately. Would be very useful if it worked, when I did use it a year ago it was helpful to be able to pay bills and service requests from an app
