To access all features and content you can subscribe to Durioo+: Muslim Family Content on a monthly or yearly basis with an auto-renewing subscription right inside the app.* Pricing can vary by region and will be confirmed before purchase in the app. In app subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of their cycle.
* All payments will be paid through your iCloud Account / Apple ID and may be managed under Account Settings after the initial payment. Subscription payments will automatically renew unless deactivated at least 24-hours before the end of the current cycle. why no pre views ?
downloaded it, everything money. no preveiws so I can see if it’s worth the 77$ or to subscribe and get a free trial yt kids is an free alternative but I don’t like it because it’s not very appropriate and still has older content for teenagers and why is there no omar and Hana on the app if it’s from them? I’m starting to think this is a scam.

Durioo+ offers a 7-day free trial for all new users, allowing you to explore the content at no cost before deciding to subscribe. Please email us at support@durioo.com, and we’ll help you activate your free trial promptly. While the founder of Durioo+ is also behind Omar & Hana, we currently don’t have full licensing rights to include it on our platform as it is owned by multiple parties. However, we are actively working on making this happen and are optimistic that it will be possible soon, InshaAllah. Please keep us in your duas, and thank you for your support.
No way to cancel
I tried the free 7 day trial but my kids didn’t like it enough for me to want to keep the subscription. My free trial started December 31st 2024 so I had 3 days left to cancel the free trial before being charged. I canceled from the app but I received no email. I did this twice. Then next day I get a reminder my subscription is going to be charged so I email customer service and I have not hear back. Well today January 7th I get an email I’ve been charged and a congratulations email about being an official durioo member. I don’t want this and there’s no way to cancel it I’m getting very angry! Don’t get this subscription you will be robbed!
Update: they replied immediately after I requested my account to be deleted. They said even if they delete my account my subscription will stay & not be canceled.
They asked for my email to cancel the correct account when they can literally see my email I’m emailing them from. But I still replied but I’m actually blocked & it says address not found, they won’t cancel my subscription.
Worst user experience, worst customer support
First charges me $12 dollars even though it has 3 days trial first. Fine no problem I will pay happily for my kids. After signing up I download Durioo app on fire tv so my kids can watch the shows on the tv. Well guess what after logging in none of the videos work on my fire tv durioo app and keeps on asking me to sign up again now this time it’s asking for $8. Why do I have to pay again to use it on different app and why the price discrepancies between iPhone and fire tv app? There is no way to contact the customer service via app so now my had to do google search to find them. It’s been 3 days and still no response from them why I am unable to play any videos on fire tv durioo app. To all those Muslim instagram influencers who get paid to advertise this garbage app, please take time to actually see if it works or not. You will be held responsible on the day of Judgement.
