It’s a great idea, but it still needs some work. I loved the idea of building a home binder with all my appliance info, but some things just won’t show up in it. Others have their model and serial number overlapping in an unreadable mishmash. It also looks pretty bad on an iPad. Functional, but clearly not really designed for it. But with a little more polish, this could be a killer app.

This app is not usable on iPad. In some screens, the full screen does not show, so you can’t click on the boxes needed to move to the next screen. For example, there was probably a “next” or “submit” at the bottom of some screens, but it can’t be seen, so you can’t move forward.It’s to bad, because the app looked promising in some ways. That’s why I gave it two stars rather than one. But it’s absurd that they are even offering this for iPad right now, as it’s definitely not ready for prime time.

Out of all the home management I’ve used, this is the best so far. It does have a few bugs and kinks that needs addressed, but the developers are very active and open to feedbacks and suggestions. This app has great potential, but needs a major update that hopefully will come out soon.

I just downloaded this but so far I love it. I have been looking for something like this for awhile. I manage multiple houses and also commercial buildings and have always done this in excel. However I like this much better. If you could add commercial buildings as well then I would have no complaints.
