Dwelling makes life easier for landlords and tenants alike. From payments, to maintenance, to financial insight, Dwelling has everyone covered.

Rent Payments
All payments in Dwelling are processed by Stripe so you know your money is safe and secure.
The status of all rent payments can be tracked within the platform, so nobody is left guessing "where's the money?"

Maintenance
Life happens. Things break, paint chips, bugs exist. Tenants can create maintenance tickets from within Dwelling with full transparency on actions taken by the landlord.

Leases
Landlords add the lease agreement into the platform, the tenant accepts the terms. Both parties have access to view the lease at any time. While you should always keep a physical copy, no need to rummage through the cabinets to find your agreement.
