SAFETY
Get from point A to B safely and with style. Your safety and the safety of other pedestrians are our priority... Stay alert and avoid distractions while riding.
Remember always to wear a helmet when you ride. Park your electric vehicle clear of walkways, driveways, and access ramps.
Stay within the allowed green zones, otherwise, your scooter will automatically lock and stop working. Once that happens, get back to the green zone and it will unlock again.

Would like faster scooters for heavier people😂
Very bad experience
I had a very frustrating experience using this scooter app. First off, the app constantly crashes or freezes, making it difficult to even locate a scooter. When I finally found one, unlocking it took forever, and sometimes the scooters wouldn’t unlock at all, even though I was charged for the ride!
The navigation and GPS features are incredibly inaccurate, causing me to waste time searching for scooters that were supposedly nearby but clearly weren’t. On top of that, the app overcharges. I’ve had multiple rides where I was charged for time I didn’t even use the scooter.
Customer support is practically non-existent—no way to get quick help if something goes wrong, and their responses, when they do come, are unhelpful and slow.
In short, I wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone looking for a reliable, hassle-free ride. It’s more stress than it’s worth.
