Don’t bother with it
I got the app to make paying the utility bill easier, but that failed. The app almost never loads my bill, so it won’t allow me to pay, and when you call to talk to them about it they just say to click the link in their emails...so what’s the point of the app?!

Database never retrieves data correctly. Takes forever to load. It’s your typical government paid -made- billing app that you can’t trust always.
Cannot Retrieve Bill Data
I’ve had this app for about the month now, and it hasn’t been able to retrieve any of my utility bills. There hasn’t been any updates for the app either. I ended up deleting it from my phone, since it’s pretty much a waste of space.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
