Description
Simplify your EAA Young Eagles® rallies by collecting parent signatures digitally and eliminating the paperwork.
EAA® Digital Signature is an Experimental Aircraft Association™ (EAA®) officially-approved method for EAA Young Eagles® Coordinators to collect electronic signatures from parents or guardians of EAA Young Eagles® minor participants. This can be used in place of the printed EAA Young Eagles® Minor Participant waiver agreement.
This app works in conjunction with the EAA Young Eagles® Day registration website (YoungEaglesDay.org). Users must be a registered EAA Young Eagles® Coordinator and must log in to the app using your YoungEaglesDay.org credentials to use the app.
Internet connectivity is not required to collect electronic signatures. Copies of signed waivers are automatically emailed to the parent/guardian once the app syncs.

Needs a SYNC reminder function
Some of my volunteers need to be reminded periodically to sync so the website gets updated.
Also have run into an old rally still being in the event list even though it was a month ago and closed out.
Doesn’t sync.
We use two iPads to collect signatures and the app will not sync. Why can’t the legal guardian just sign electronically when they register the kid? Very disjointed and clunky processes. Young Eagles needs an app that does both registration and signatures vs. the browser based YEday.org.
