Help me keep track of projects easy, features need some improvement but so far so good.

Waste of time - available only specific areas but they will happily collect extensive data

This company wasted *days* of my time. Up front, the requested the address of my project. It could have stopped there, through a simple query to the short list of zip codes in which they actually provide service, but instead, they proceeded to begin the process, send numerous messages, schedule an initial meeting with me, and sent me a task list to prepare for the meeting. I did so, which took several days. I uploaded numerous documents.

Then less than 24 hours before the scheduled meeting, they wrote to cancel, saying they “don’t work in my area.”

Do not waste your time with this company and their shady, spammy business practices.
