Bro: “Yo bro, what kind of earbuds did you get?” Me: “Nothing” (I’m the funniest person ever) —————————————————————————— I got the app before I even get my earbuds lol. I am ordering the Nothing CMF Pro 2 earbuds? I think thats the name… its the newest model thats all I know. See ya then! —————————————————————————— I got the earbuds and they are amazing. There is one bug that I would love to be fixed where I go to the equalizer and press the Dirac preset. It sounds fine until I switch back to a different preset and the audio sounds oddly low quality. The fixes used to be either rebooting the earbuds or turning superbass on and off. But now they fixed that with an update and there is another problem after updating. The NEW problem is when I turn on Dirac and superbass at the same time the sound is low quality again 😭 The fixes are just rebooting the earbuds. I would really like an update fixing this issue because I find myself not messing with the equalizers a lot because I just don’t want to randomly have a massive decrease in audio quality causing me to reboot them. If you guys fix this problem I will give 5 stars👍 Thank you in advance.

Overall, the experience hasn’t been superb. It’s nearing that perfect balance between options, feel, upgrades, and use, but it’s not there yet. The app is buggy and took me a while to download each update. Keep receiving and using customer feedback to improve earbud user and sound experience and a five star review will be in this app’s future. And for God’s sake, please give us a more customizable equalizer experience. Overall happy with my purchase, but I’m excited for more options and better sound connection and quality.

i was skeptical seeing as this was this company’s only and first product, but these sound good! the app itself isn’t bad, but doesn’t really do too much either. nice that firmware is able to be updated. some reviewers want a single-tap control option, but that would generate too many false positives. i do love that these have touch, slide, and tap controls, makes them very versatile for their size. my only gripe is i wish the Tap & Hold control could be used to activate Siri, not just Noise Cancellation.***

***on further research in the FAQs, “No, ear (1) does not support voice assistants.” maybe in a firmware update? i usually only use Siri on my Watch anyway, so no big deal.
