Great app so far!
I just downloaded the app 2 days ago as a way to track my anxiety and any patterns to my anxiety attacks. It’s also great that the app can be used to track goals (like taking meds, going to therapy, going for walks). I really like it so far, I would definitely recommend this app to anyone who’s interested in tracking their mental health journey. Additionally, I appreciate the “panic” button. It basically initiated a timer to track your anxiety attack and I believe you can set up an emergency message feature that will send to selected contacts for when you push the button that lets them know that you’re struggling and then sends another message when you press the button to “stop”. It also utilized a cool feature in which you can do breathing exercises to help calm your panic while the mode is activated. I also really appreciate how simple the app is to use, it’s not too overwhelming!

Very effective that puts privacy first
This is one of those rare apps that actually puts your privacy first. I did not have to create a login or account of any kind. Stress and anxiety are such personal and private conditions that have historically prevented me from using other apps. Earkick has handled it really well.
Overall I am impressed with the app so far. It reminds me to log things without being too intrusive and the exercises are quick enough to feel just right to calm me down. It has got me doing things in a regular basis which is the key to managing stress.

Best App for Anxiety
I have looked for ages for a simple app. This is perfect. It tracks anxiety. Simply. It gets the job done with features you actually gonna use. I love that it is anonymous. It all stays on the device. I use it every day and I am seeing patterns. That helps a lot. The video and audio features are perfect. When I have attack I can barley type. Just making a video quickly is a life saver. You won't go wrong with this app.
