This app is trash. I’ve had problems from the very beginning. Been calling customer support almost weekly because no one ever has the right information. I’m always getting transferred to another advisor. Everything is 3-5 business days before anything is figured out, but I guarantee that if it’s money coming out of me to pay for this service/app that part will work just fine. I will definitely be leaving a review. And I still haven’t been able to make a withdrawal.

I created and can access my Netchex account. However, when I try to sign in to this app to get my wages early, it will not log me in. The app continuously tells me I already have an account but won’t let me log into it? The app won’t send any confirmation codes or any emails to the email on file which is ridiculous. I can’t access my wages early because this app is total garbage.
