This submission includes the Earnifi Early Wage Access app. App Overview Earnifi provides earned wage access (EWA), allowing eligible users to access wages they have already earned before their scheduled payday. Earnifi is not a payday loan provider, personal loan provider, installment lender, or credit product. Advances are non-recourse and carry no interest, no late fees, no tipping, and no collections. How the App Works? Users securely connect their payroll account and link their bank account Earned but unpaid wages are verified based on payroll income data. Eligible users may request a portion of earned but unpaid wages (typically $25–$500, subject to eligibility and state availability). On approval users can choose: Free ACH transfer (1–3 business days), or Optional Instant Pay subscription ($4.50 per pay cycle) for transfers in minutes. Repayment is automatically deducted from the user’s next paycheck. Financial Disclosures: No credit checks. No interest. No origination fees. No late fees. No mandatory repayment term.
