Cassie Sampson, BA, LMT, opened East Village Spa in 2008 to create a comfortable and welcoming environment for guests, and to elevate professional massage therapy, skin care, and nail care services in Iowa. She treats her team members as her most valued customers and the true experts they are.
This creates the kind of positive workplace where service providers are empowered, engaged, and truly care about their guests. Instead of investing in fancy amenities we have invested in amazing people and provided them with the tools and benefits for career longevity.
While we aren't the spa you'd visit to enjoy a sauna and lounge in a robe, we are the place for people looking to enjoy lasting therapeutic relationships with service providers who are well-cared for.
