EIBank access is available to all the Bank personal banking clients who are enrolled in Internet Banking. If you are not a customer, please contact us at Info@easterninternationalbank.com or call us at (213) 687-7228. The EIBank is free to download, but data charges from your cellular service provider may apply. Please check with your cellular carrier for details. Some carrier plan may limit access outside the United States. The Bank is not responsible for service outages that might affect your device or internet provider, technology failures, or device capacity limits.
