Ratings and Reviews
Login Fail
Using the same login credentials that work fine online the app immediately gives a login fail alert. Doesn’t appear that it even tried to communicate with the server.
When I contacted customer service their feedback was that I might have mistyped my password, or maybe my WiFi connection was weak, or I should restart my phone. In other words, the problem was on my end, not theirs, which was clearly not the case.
Useless app.
Login Works Now but UI is Not Good
The login worked for me but the app seems pretty useless since there’s nowhere to mobile deposit a check. The UI is clunky and not clear. It’s a shame that they released this app when it hasn’t been user tested. I’ll stick to the website dashboard.
Doesn’t work
Similar to other reviews, I can log in fine online with my laptop. But the mobile app, with exact same info does not work (it’s LastPass saved, so same mobile/online). App doesn’t work! Please fix, Eastern Bank - how embarrassing!
