Changed my running experience completely

Never used audio coaching before but as a beginner/recreational runner I found this app incredibly motivational. I didn’t feel at all intimidated and the quality of the coaches was excellent. I don’t actually like running with other people (mainly cos I don’t know when I’m going to want to stop) but this experience was the best of both worlds. Going back for my 4th run in 5 days later👍

Transformed my training experience

I have done a lot of strength training but never took the time to focus on running honestly because I didn’t know how, but this app has changed that for me! I used to hate running but with the coaches pushing me to finish a session all the while teaching me how to run with great form I have come to love it. These coaches on the app are professional and Olympic athletes which makes the experience so unique and fun!
