No barbells? So... no elastic tube either.
When you're looking at your profile and settings, this app asks if you have barbells available. If you select "yes", it opens a larger menu of other equipment you can select as available, such as elastic tubing, stability ball, etc. If you select "no", the app assumes the only equipment you have is a chair, and does not allow you to select anything else. I don't have barbells, but I do have elastic tubing and a stability ball. I would like to be able to do a few exercises with Easy Arms other than push-ups and dips! Please fix so that you can select other equipment even if you DON'T have barbells and I'll change my review to 5 stars.
As a long-time user of BeatBurn and several other Lolo apps, I have been anticipating this workout app! Well, it did not disappoint!! I have done the workout twice and I'm SORE (in a good way!!). The variety of exercises is great, many variations available depending on ability and equipment available, and of course BRITTANY and her sweet encouraging voice!!
I'm hoping you will come out with "easy stretch" soon...that would complete the package!

Good workout app
There are options for intensity, length of workout and which equipment I have. I really enjoy using the Lolo workout apps, they have helped this beginner move to intermediate. I can see the results. In fact, between this app and the Nike app, I was able to keep up with my husband when we started the Insanity workout.
The ten seconds between exercises isn't always adequate, mainly because, depending on the muscle being targeted, I might have to change equipment and I have to either rush or pause the program.
I think it also relies too much on dumbbells, even though I indicated I have other equipment available.
Finally, if you play music during the workout, sometimes the app keeps counting reps, the music is playing and a third soundtrack comes on giving instructions. None of the other sounds are lowered so it all comes out as a muddle.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
